DELIVERY
The goods (almost full assembled and ready to use, you just need to fix small things like: protective fence, water outlet or outside heater) will be delivered to: Austria, Belgium, Croatia (are additional conditions), Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece (only mainland), Hungary, Ireland and Northern Ireland), Italy (only mainland), Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway (only mainland), Portugal, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain (mainland), Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (only mainland). For other country’s please ask via email.
Please note: the goods will be delivered with truck (truck dimensions LxWxH: 18 x 2.5 x 4 m) only to well approaching locations. For transportation to mountain areas please ask additional via email (we can delivery with smaller trucks). Or to delivery to your nearest logistics terminal, than you can pick up products with local transport.
Delivery charges
We delivery goods to all countries in the European Union! Please fill form at checkout with exactly delivery address (with post code), and we will offer best delivery price for you. After we receive your order, we’ll will send final offer by email.

DELIVERY to non-EU countries
Product price + delivery cost + custom fees + your country VAT
If you pick up (non-EU countries):
- If you will pickup products we will prepare all the necessary customs papers required for exports of goods to non-EU countries.
- Documents preparation takes usually 1 business days and costs 30- €
- At first you pay all price including 21% VAT.
- You declare the goods by submitting a customs declaration on EU border.
- After you will activate the export declaration, we will pay 21% VAT back to your bank account within 5 working days.
Unloading
The Customer takes care for the unloading at their own expense, because the transport companies deliver without unloading. The goods can be unloaded with forklift or, if necessary with 4-6 strong men (for smaller products) but not for barrel sauna, and other big products. Customer pays only for the goods and delivery, but not for unload. *Or you can choose transport with lift-gate (more expensive).
